CATEGORIES OF HIRERS

1:        Community Groups. (Having a Constitution and Serving the Village of Brixworth).

2:        Regular Users – Non Community. (Groups or individuals without constitution and/or not serving the Village of Brixworth).

3:        Single hire – Non-Community Group or An Individual.

4:        Single Commercial Hire.

NB:     Regular User would constitute a minimum of 12 hirings per calendar year.                  
         
The hiring of the either the small hall or Main hall will allow shared access to the kitchen. The whole hall will constitute the entire premises (Kitchen may need to be shared with Meals On Wheels).

RATES

 Rates are charged half-hourly,  Minimum hire – 1 hour.

Notes

Hire of crockery, heating, lighting, water etc, is included in the hire charge.

Damage/Cleaning Deposit

A returnable minimum deposit of £50.00 (Actual amount dependent upon event) will be charged against possible damage to hall or contents.
