CATEGORIES OF HIRERS
- Community Groups (Having a Constitution and Serving the Village of Brixworth).
- Regular Users – Non Community (Groups or individuals without constitution and/or not serving the Village of Brixworth).
- Single hire – Non-Community Group or An Individual.
NB: Regular User would constitute a minimum of 12 hirings per calendar year.
The hiring of the either the small hall or Main hall will allow shared access to the kitchen. The whole hall will constitute the entire premises.

Hire rates are per hour.

Note Hire of crockery, heating, lighting, water etc, is included in the hire charge. Cutlery is not provided. An alcohol license is available at cost.
Hirers are reminded that advertising their event by fly posting is illegal.
Bank Transfer is our preferred method of payment. We do not take card payments. All cheques should be made payable to Brixworth Village Hall Management Committee.
Damage/Cleaning Deposit
A returnable minimum deposit of £50.00 (Actual amount dependent upon event) will be charged against possible damage to hall or contents.
Deposit for weddings and parties involving young people: £300.00
